Introducing Trailview.

Trailview was developed with one primary goal – to create a community that makes sense for people who actually live and work in and around Whitefish. People like educators, first responders, healthcare workers, and so many more – those who make the area what it is today. Simply put, Trailview provides a unique opportunity for good people, to buy a good home, at a good price.

Our homes feature amenities that make sense for the area. Mudrooms, two car garages, covered porches, bedroom-level laundry areas, and storage space to hold the gear we Montanans tend to acquire. To keep things green, we’ve incorporated highly efficient technologies like LED lighting and central AC with heat pumps to keep things comfortable in both the winter AND the summer while also using a lot less energy doing it. And lastly, Trailview has 8 different “parkettes” creating great little venues to play, gather, relax, and enjoy.

Combining this with a convenient location within a mile of all of the Whitefish schools and you get something both smart and special.

LOCATION. LOCATIOn. LoCATION.

One of Trailview’s greatest assets is its location in southwestern Whitefish. It’s just over a mile to Downtown Whitefish, about 15 minutes from the Glacier Park International airport, and one mile to North Valley Hospital. Comfortably situated between highways 93 and 40, Trailview is conveniently accessible to the entire area.

HOUSE INTELLIGENCE.

Trailview incorporates energy-efficient, cost-reducing technologies that not only save money, but keep things green as well. LED lighting is used throughout and heat pumps are combined with forced air AC to keep the house efficiently comfortable all year long. The landscaping will include an efficient drip system to assist with water conservation.

WALK to SCHOOL

Whitefish is fortunate to have access to some of the best schools in the state and Trailview is well-situated to take advantage of those. All three schools in Whitefish are approximately a mile away, while schools in Kalispell and Columbia Falls are also relatively near by.

IT takes a village

Trailview’s goal is to build a special community. Hence, the development offers a variety of parkettes, multi-use trails, and homes with porches and patios. The homes are intentionally designed to facilitate a “neighborly” lifestyle.
