What’s the plan?
Trailview broke ground in the Spring of 2019. Our plan is to have the first homes completed in the spring of 2020. Below is our estimated development schedule (that is always subject to change).
Phase 01 - Infrastructure
Phase One began in early 2019 and focused on the initial infrastructure of the development including roads, utilities, key foundations, and trails. It is an ongoing process and will continue throughout the overall development of Trailview.
Included in the infrastructure development of 2019, Monegan Road (running North/South) will be paved for Trailview in the Fall of 2019 with the thoroughfare scheduled to be completed by Fall 2020.
Phase 02 - The First Six
Phase Two is comprised of building the “First Six” new homes of Trailview on lots 1-3, 6, 7 and 8. These six homes, on the south end of the development, will include all of the models except the Cameron Creek. Completion of these First Six is planned for Spring of 2020.
Phase 3 - CONTINUING DEVELOPMENT
Our plan is to start a new development of four to six homes every 120-150 days until the project is complete and all 58 homes are built.
PLANNED COMPLETION
Trailview plans to have the development completed by end of Summer of 2024.
